1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating a Beesiness account, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Service description
Beesiness is an AI-powered meeting assistant. It joins video meetings on platforms such as Google Meet, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams to record audio, generate transcripts, and produce summaries using third-party AI providers (see Sub-processors in our Privacy Policy).
3. Account and access
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Beesiness Organizations may have multiple users; the Organization admin is responsible for managing access.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not use Beesiness to record meetings without obtaining required consent from all participants in the relevant jurisdiction.
- Do not attempt to access other organizations' data.
- Do not reverse-engineer, scrape, or build competing services using outputs.
- Do not use the service for illegal activities, harassment, or content that violates third-party rights.
5. Billing
Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe (USD or TRY). You can cancel anytime via the customer portal; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
6. Trial
A 5-minute live trial and access to a demo meeting are provided free of charge. After the trial, a paid subscription is required to continue using the service.
7. Data ownership
You retain ownership of your meeting transcripts, summaries, and audio. Beesiness retains a limited license to process this data solely to provide the service. We do not use your data to train AI models unless you explicitly opt in (see Privacy Policy § Training Data).
8. Termination
You may delete your Organization at any time via Settings → Delete Organization. We will soft-delete your data immediately and hard-delete it within 30 days, per GDPR requirements.
9. Disclaimer
AI-generated summaries may contain errors or omissions. Beesiness is provided "as-is" without warranty of accuracy. You should review summaries before relying on them for important decisions.
