What you'll want to know before trusting us with your meetings.
Meetings are where salaries and clients get discussed. This page explains what happens to the record of those conversations, and if your question isn't answered here, write to info@beesiness.com.
Encryption
The connection between you and Beesiness is encrypted. Sensitive values, such as the keys to your connected accounts, are encrypted again inside the database. We never store your API keys themselves, only enough of a fingerprint to recognize them.
Access
Each organization's data is kept apart at the database level, so no account can reach another organization's meetings.
Audit trail
Actions taken with admin rights are logged, with who did it and what changed.
Where your data lives
Your account, reports and meeting text are stored in our database in Frankfurt. The recording service that joins your meetings, the service that transcribes them and the AI providers that write the reports may process data outside the EU, including in the US; those transfers rely on the standard contractual clauses described in our privacy policy. Ask and we'll tell you which one runs where.
Sub-processors
We work with outside providers for hosting, the database, file storage, meeting recording, transcription, AI, email and payments. Ask info@beesiness.com for the current list, with what each one does and where it runs.
Reporting a vulnerability
If you've found one, email info@beesiness.com with the steps to reproduce it.
- We won't take legal action against anyone researching in good faith.
- If you'd like, we'll thank you by name once it's fixed.
